OUR STAFF
Natalie Beusekom
Licensed Practical Nurse
and Lactation Assistance
Hello there, I'm Natalie!
I am a Lactation Assistance at Nurture working towards becoming an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. I began my career as an Licensed Practical Nurse working primarily on Pediatrics and continue to do this as well. I have always had an interest in breastfeeding and lactation however this really blossomed after my daughter was born in the midst of the pandemic and I found support difficult to access so it became a passion of mine to try to increase access to support. I enjoy meeting with families that come to the clinic and helping them navigate the joys and challenges of infant feeding!
I was born and raised in rural Southern Alberta and I currently live in a small town with my husband and daughter and spend as much of my time as I can with them. We enjoy spending time outside exploring in nature. I also enjoy crocheting, reading, and crafting.

Nurture Family Feeding Clinic is temporarily closed due to Dr. Appleton's injury.

Update from Nurture Family Feeding Clinic
Just prior to returning from the holiday break, Dr. Appleton was involved in a skiing accident that has temporarily left her unable to work. She's OK, but as a result, Nurture Family Feeding Clinic is closed until further notice.
Primary Solution:
While our physical doors are closed, Dr. Appleton’s expert guidance is still available through her virtual course.
