Nurture Family Feeding Clinic
Supporting southern Alberta families through the fourth trimester.

OUR STAFF
Cristy Wilson
Postpartum Doula
Cristy is one of the first faces you'll see when you come into Nurture and one of the first voices you'll hear when reaching out to the clinic. With nearly a decade of experience as a postpartum doula (and 3 little ones of her own), she brings a calm, compassionate presence and a deep appreciation for the joys and challenges of early parenthood.
When she's not hunched over the computer playing "Tetris" with the Nurture schedule, Cristy can be found curled up with her nose in a good book, spending time with her family, or adding to her ever-changing collection of funky glasses.

Update from Nurture Family Feeding Clinic
Just prior to returning from the holiday break, Dr. Appleton was involved in a skiing accident that has temporarily left her unable to work. She's OK, but as a result, Nurture Family Feeding Clinic is closed until further notice.
Primary Solution:
While our physical doors are closed, Dr. Appleton’s expert guidance is still available through her virtual course.
